Effective Influence and Persuasion equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and ethical framework to become more influential and persuasive in the workplace. The course covers psychological principles, persuasion techniques, and ethical considerations, progressing to practical application in leadership, sales, and cross-cultural contexts. Emphasizing integrity and ethical practice, learners will be prepared to apply their new skills with confidence and authenticity in real-world situations.

Earning Criteria

  • Engagement: 70% of each module’s learning path is completed (which will unlock the progress test)
  • Progress: 50% of units have a pass score
  • Assessed Progress: A final test score of 70% or above
